United Water was prompt when we called late one night after a huge storm caused a leak in our building. Quay, Thomas and Eddie were professional and courteous, each time they came into our building. I can’t say anything but Great about this company! They were called on the job by Best Home Services after they assessed the situation. This was water damage. Within 20 minutes of the call Sean Tucker was present. Sean was very professional! He tested all the walls for moisture as well as assessed what needed to be done. Gave a quote and preceded with the needed work. The work was completed with fans and humidifiers placed. This is a horrifying situation to be in. Water damage creates order and mold. The next day I had neither. Sean Tucker knew exactly what he was doing. This made my experience much easier to get through. I would recommend this company “Highly “. Ask for Sean Tucker!
