If you want a good company this is the one to use, but ask for Javier and Jake, they are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! They walk you through the process and keep you updated and in the loop with feedback (I have had companies in the past that have not!!) I cannot say enough good things about Jake and Javier, they are AMAZING. If you have any questions, they will return your calls or text promptly, they make the process easy and are so nice and kind, professional and are on time!!!!!!! If they are behind they let you know but will only be a few minutes,( this is normal with any company) Again, cannot go wrong with these 2 Jake and Javier be sure to ask for them, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!

I live in Winter Park. I noticed a very damp spot in our bedroom rug. I called a plumber promptly to conduct a slab leak detection. The plumber detected the water was leaking from our toilet, not under the slab. After rebuilding the toilet he contacted United Water Restoration (UWR). UWR was very prompt with a response. Randall and Cody were at my house within 30 minutes after my phone conversation with Randall, the field supervisor, late on Friday afternoon. Randall clearly explained to me what they were going to do. Cody, the technician, set up and monitored the water/mold mitigation equipment throughout the weekend. Cody promptly responded to my text message on Friday evening to address a blower that had turned off. Cody listened to my concerns during the monitoring process and helped move a dresser, bed and rug back into place upon completion of their work. I would highly recommend their service. People are who make a successful business. Both these individuals provided prompt service and addressed our concerns professionally.
