Richard and his team work diligently to eradicate the mold in our condo. As we do not live in Florida, it was good to know I could trust them to take care of our belongings in our absence. They sent pictures along the process and communicated with us frequently. Whenever they were contacted with a question, they always answered promptly.

I couldn't be happier with this company. On July 3, 2023 I had a pipe break and the water rushed into my home as if a dam burst. Bryan and Travis were on call that evening and came out in record time to assess the damage. They stayed until 4:15 am extracting the water and creating excellent documentation. I couldn't have survived this without the two of them. I also had the pleasure of meeting CJ and Darien who are also amazing technicians. They kept me informed the entire time they were here and kept my spirits up. All four of these incredible employees need to be recognized by their Superiors. They are from the Daytona/Ormond Beach office.
I will recommend this company to anyone in need of water restoration. Thank you again.
